Idle Needle in a Haystack is an in-development mobile game published under the Scamorzone name. You may use the game subject to these terms and applicable law.

2. Gameplay and progress

Virtual in-game coins, collectibles, upgrades, and other rewards are gameplay features and have no real-world cash value. Features, progression balance, and availability may change as development continues. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any connected third-party account.

3. Third-party services

Google Play and, when enabled, Google Play Games or advertising services are governed by the relevant third-party terms alongside these terms.

4. Fair use

Do not interfere with the security, stability, or operation of the game or associated services, or use them in violation of applicable law.

5. Availability and updates

The game may receive patches, feature updates, or temporary interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be excluded by law.
